New CIHI Report Confirms Major Surgery Backlog

New data from @CIHI_ICIS confirms the growing pandemic backlog of surgeries.
It also shows Manitoba had the biggest disruption to surgeries during the second wave, by far.
Doctors are again calling for a comprehensive plan to address the backlog.
